Event and class rental
We have two locations to choose from when you are looking for a place for your event, performance, or class.
Sunrise Mall Performance Space
Our 8,000 sq ft performance space seats up to 180 people plus a spacious open reception area and backstage green room. All rentals include on-site security, wi-fi access, and optional A/V tech.
Rental Fees and Rates
Required $250 refundable security deposit
$65/hour with A/V technician, $50/hour no technician. If you will be bringing in your own technician to use our equipment, he/she is required to attend a one-hour, $50 training with our in-house tech team to learn the details of our equipment prior to authorized use.
PaymentRental fees to be paid via check, credit card, Venmo, or Paypal. Payment must be made in full prior to event usage.
ROSEVILLE STUDIOS
At our Roseville facility (1000 Sunrise Ave), we have three rehearsal studios available for rent.
Studio A - $30/hour of use. Sprung dance floor with black marley. Mounted ballet barres and mirrors. Rate includes wifi, access to microwave and fridge, shared restroom area, bluetooth capable sound system. Will accommodate approximately 15 dancers, 40 seated.
Studio B - $40/hour of use. Our largest studio with sprung dance floor with black marley. Portable PVC ballet barres and mirrors. Rate includes wifi, access to microwave and fridge, shared restroom area, bluetooth capable sound system. Will accommodate approximately 30 dancers, 65 seated.
Studio C - $20/hour of use. Pergo flooring, mounted ballet barres and mirrors. Accomodates approx 5 dancers or 12 seated. Rate includes wifi, access to microwave and fridge, shared restroom area, bluetooth capable sound system.
