Covid-19 Studio procedures & protocol
We understand that recent circumstances have made safety even more important. Here are rules and methods we are implementing to keep our Royal Stage family safe.
Please do not attend classes, camps or rehearsals if you are ill.
New Procedures:
1) All students will have their temperatures taken at the door with a touchless thermometer. Students with a temperature of 100.4+ will not be allowed to come into the studio. If you have a child registered, we recommend waiting until this reading is complete.
2) Students will be asked to wash or sanitize their hands when they enter the studio.
3) Doors will be propped open to minimize surface touching, including restroom and hall doors.
4) Our dance floors will be marked with appropriate spacing to ensure a comfortable distance between students during dance instruction.
5) Masks are required while in our halls, common areas, and before/after class. If you are in one of our classes, please do pack a face covering along with a water bottle for your use only. Disposable masks will be available at the door for anyone who forgets theirs and would like to wear one. Masks will be required in classes containing a high risk participant or upon request of an enrolled family. Our heart is to protect each other and to ensure enshrine feels safe. Masks are a simple expression of love that we can all give.
6) When county/state mandates require it, classes will be moved outdoors or onto Zoom.
7) Surfaces including counters and ballet barres are disinfected between each class.
8) Parents of students aged 6+ must drop off their child at the door. For preschool aged students, only one caregiver may remain in studio. For those families who travel more than 10 miles to attend Royal Stage, arrangements may be made for a single caregiver to remain onsite.
8) Classes are limited to 4-8 students, and camps to 15 per age group, depending upon what studio their class is in. It is important to register soon to ensure your spot!
These are a few ways we are working hard to keep you safe while maintaining a “normal” environment. We are thankful you are a part of our Royal Stage family.
