WHAT IS A TABLE host?
A table sponsor is a Winter Showcase “captain” of sorts. Each table sponsor is responsible for the decorations & dinnerware for 8 people, including the sponsor - who receives two complimentary tickets.
what specifically does the table host provide?
Each table sponsor provides:
A table centerpiece and any decorations they wish to have (we provide a silver, gold, red, or green table cloth).
Plates, silverware, drinkware, and napkins for 8 guests
am i being reimbursed?
Anything you use for your table comes from your generosity. We do not reimburse for anything, and you are able to take home anything you bring in. Use your family’s holiday china, purchase paper plates - whatever you want to do within your own budget. The sky’s the limit with how creative you can be!
As a thank you, you will receive two free tickets to enjoy the showcase performances.
can i host more than one table?
Heck yes! Please just make sure that your multiple tables all have a unique decor/look.
how many table hosts are needed?
We welcome 20 table hosts - 15 for the Friday evening show, and 15 for the Saturday afternoon show. You can, of course, sign up for both shows.
